We take great pride in serving wholesome, seasonal and ethical food.That means our menu is largely plant-based, fiercely seasonal, locally sourced, complemented by local, ethically produced meats, and that we either make as much as we can in-house, or source it from producers with whom we have direct relationships. Our jams, preserves, conserves, pickles and ferments, pasta, bread and all our sweet things are made right here, by us.
We’re lucky to have terrific local producers of a veritable cornucopia of fruit, vegies, meat and eggs, right here on our doorstep, and we love seeing how their stock changes with the seasons. Keep your eyes peeled for key ingredients from:

RAD Growers- Erin and her ‘Bungowannah babes’ out on their farm near Albury not only provide us with local free-range eggs for cooking in our kitchen, but also eggs by the dozen for you to purchase. Erin also supplies us with 'certify your own' organic fruit and vegetables
Yackandandah Ingredients - Jac and her young boys grow organic vegetables a stone's throw from the Yackandandah town centre, supplying us with fruit, vegies and the most superb edible flowers!
Mr Mushroom, Wooragee - Bernie grows the most exotic mushies you'll ever see in his shed on his Wooragee farm!
Sinclair Orchards, Stanley - autumn is the busy time of year for Rob, who grows a diverse range of apples, pears and chestnuts. (And he's been known to make a very tasty cider!)
Butt's Smokehouse - operating out of a charming shopfront in north Albury, Anthony supplies us with smoked lamb, and in the spring and summer, smoked Harrietville trout.
Gamze Smokehouse - based in Wangaratta, the Gamzes’ artisan smokehouse supplies us with ethically farmed, true free-range, chemical free, hand-crafted and gluten-free bacon and sausage. We also stock their free-range, organic chorizo and bacon for you to buy and take home with you!
Gundowring Fine Foods - using only milk from their herd of Holstein cows, combined with the best regional and seasonal ingredients, Gundowring Fine Foods supplies us with rich and creamy vanilla bean icecream
We also love the fact that we live in a vibrant community of backyard gardeners and producers who regularly share the fruits of their labour with us, in exchange for a few coffees!
